This month’s employee spotlight features Becky Williamson. Becky is our project liaison between Nello’s field supervision and partner channel. She manages the submittal process and distributes building material data to architects and subcontractors throughout each project. Becky’s goal is to stay ahead of the relentless stack of submittals on her desk as well as create a quick and seamless project coordination process.
Some interesting things about Becky…
Where did you grow up/where do you currently reside?
I’m originally from Springfield, Massachusetts and currently live on a 10-acre horse farm in Hickory.
What was your first job?
Selling apples at an apple orchard.
Who did you first see live in concert?
ZZ Top at Boston Garden.
Favorite isle in the grocery store?
My favorite isle is definitely dairy. I love cheese, especially stilton blue cheese… it’s great broiled on kettle chips! I would take that over a Krispy Kreme any day.
What’s your go-to website for fun?
Pittsburgh’s best-kept secret?
Roland’s in the Strip District. Their clams at happy hour!
If you could meet anyone living or dead, who would it be?
Troy Polamalu. He’s always praying on the sidelines and his faith intrigues me. He is close friends with one of my in-laws, so I’m hoping the day comes soon.
What are you most passionate about?
My family, raising three responsible boys.
